Nickel Searching for support
MCX Nickel is trading in a rising channel since May 2021 which can be observed on the daily chart. The base metal recently breached the daily moving averages on the downside and is now in search of support to bounce back. The overall chart structure will remain positive till the base metal is trading inside the channel. Moving ahead, the support for a further bounce is placed at the lower end of the channel at 1377.60 whereas the daily moving averages will provide resistance for the short term.
