MCX Nickel Bearish stance
The weakness in Nickel is prevailing since October where it gave a breakdown to the important daily moving averages. The metal is trading in the falling channel and has given a breakdown to the lower end of the Bollinger band. Since then it is moving sideways for past few trading sessions. The weakness is still intact as the momentum indicator KST is in the bearish zone. The metal may soon test the levels of 865-860 which is at the lower trend-line of the falling channel. Traders should look for the selling opportunity wherever a weakness is observed.
